If you have made a purchase and not received an error message, please wait a few minutes. Sometimes it can take a moment for the system to process and register your purchase. Also please check via your payment system to confirm that the payment has gone through.
If you've made a purchase in error, you're able to cancel this purchase in-game within 5 minutes after the purchase.
If you're not able to make purchases at all, please exit and restart the game. This may mean that the payment system hasn't been initialized. Restarting the game will usually solve this.
